Tax Update 2020 WebinarWe would like to extend an invitation for you to join us at our annual Tax Update which this year will be conducted as a webinar, on Friday 27 November at 09h00 and will run for approximately 2 hours.
 
The tax update will cover the most important amendments proposed in the 2020 Taxation Laws Amendment Bill and Tax Administration Laws Amendment Bill. We will also review some important tax cases decided over the past year. The amendments include changes to the extraction of retirement fund interests upon emigration, the cessation of SA tax residence by companies and amendments that potentially criminalise tax non-compliance.
