BDO’S Coronavirus impact and risk response guide

Our Hong Kong Risk Advisory team have developed a guide that we believe will help provide you with some clarity around the relevant impacts of COVID-19 on organisations. It gives general risk response guidance for companies to consider when deploying business continuity planning (BCP) measures to combat the epidemic and, more importantly, to maintain the agility to overcome the difficulties faced.
