Experience

Guy is the head of the Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”) division within the BDO Corporate Finance team. Guy joined BDO Corporate Finance in 2018 and has since been responsible for a number of successful M&A transactions in a wide range of industries.

Guy qualified as a chartered accountant completing his article’s at PwC in 2004. In 2006, Guy joined the PwC Corporate Finance Team where he remained until 2017.

The objectives of the M&A team is to establish ourselves as our clients trusted business partner, we focus on achieving our clients goals and objectives across the full spectrum of corporate actions, be it full or partial disposal of the business, introduction of strategic equity partners, acquisitions, joint ventures, MBI’s, MBO’s, IPO’s etc.
