Experience

Palesa started her career at BDO Johannesburg as an Audit Trainee in 2012, after graduating from the University of the Witwatersrand with a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences degree. In 2018, she was promoted to Senior Audit Manager within the BDO Cape Town audit division. Palesa enjoyed an international short-term secondment in the Netherlands, which she completed in 2019. In 2020, she was promoted to Director.

During her time at BDO, she has worked on a wide spectrum of clients from listed companies to smaller owner managed entities. Her industry experience and technical skills cover the following:
