“For most of my undergrad, I was undecided about which profession I wanted to go into, the one thing I knew for certain was that I wanted to find innovative ways to add value to people's lives. During the final year of my BCom in Finance, gained an appreciation for wealth management and financial planning as financial planning was one of my modules. As a result, I decided to pursue a career in wealth management and financial planning which inspired me to pursue my BCom Honours in Financial Planning. Financial Planning, in my view, is an essential personal financial service within which all personal financial services derive purpose and value. Based on this view I see significant opportunities to bring about more value for clients to realise within financial planning”
