The BDO RED (Readiness Experience Drive) vacation work programme takes advantage of diverse experiences and integrates unique perspectives to develop valuable business solutions. BDO’s RED Programme provides university students with the chance to discover what truly makes BDO unique and allows us to connect with you. In addition, you will have a chance to network directly with some of BDO’s key business stakeholders.
The BDO RED (Readiness Experience Drive programme) is a vacation work programme that is designed to help you prepare for your future. You'll gain a better understanding of how our multidisciplinary approach allows us to achieve our goals and what opportunities exist within these areas for you to advance your career. As part of the programme, you will have the opportunity to attend workshops, participate ion client projects and attain critical soft skills that will equip you with the tools needed to make the transition from university to the workplace successfully.
The BDO RED programme is a one-to-two-week programme targeted at 3rd year and CTA students. The BDO RED Lite programme take places over 2 days is targeted at 1st and 2nd year students. Students who are studying towards a SAICA accredited accounting degree are eligible to apply. You will get a first-hand look at the business world by experiencing the complex problems we tackle through direct exposure to the work we do. Our mentoring and supportive environment will help you discover the impact you can have. These programmes are insightful and are offered to candidates who have been top performers in their studies.
