Ethan Da Costa

Ethan is a senior audit manager within BDO’s Financial Services division with over 9 years of experience in external audit primarily focused on the insurance sector, as well as a variety of financial service specific client’s including medical aid schemes and private equity. He joined the firm post articles in August 2020 and all his auditing experience, both during and post-training contract is within Financial Services, specialising in insurance. 

In addition to his external audit role, Ethan has been an insurance representative of the Regulatory Centre of Excellence of the firm; a project administrator for IFRS 17 implementation engagements and   been seconded to a medium-sized insurer in a Financial Manager capacity.
