Louis is a life insurance actuary and ASSA-approved life insurance valuator with 33 years of professional experience across life insurance, short-term insurance, reinsurance, retirement funds and investments. His experience spans actuarial valuation, IFRS 17 and regulatory reporting, solvency and ORSA reviews, embedded value, product development and pricing, actuarial model review, and audit support. He has worked across Southern Africa, Ireland, the Middle East and other international insurance markets, bringing both technical depth and practical understanding of insurer operations, governance and reporting.
