Nkululeko  is an Associate Director with over 10 years of professional experience in external audit and assurance services, having led and participated in audit engagements across a wide range of industries and sectors. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in financial reporting, risk assessment, internal control evaluation, governance oversight, and regulatory compliance.

Nkululeko has gained valuable international exposure through a short-term secondment in Belgium, where he formed part of the audit team responsible for the audit of Air Liquide, a global leader in industrial gases, technologies, and services. Air Liquide operates across multiple sectors, including healthcare, chemicals, electronics, energy, and manufacturing, providing Nkululeko with exposure to the complexities of multinational operations, cross-border audit methodologies, and international business environments.

Over the course of his career, Nkululeko has accumulated significant industry experience in the healthcare, manufacturing, automotive, higher education, medical aid, and managed services administration sectors. He has worked with entities ranging from privately owned companies to large and complex organisations, providing assurance services that support stakeholder confidence and promote sound corporate governance.

His experience encompasses the auditing of financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS Accounting Standards, the evaluation of internal controls and business processes, the identification of operational and financial risks, and the provision of practical recommendations to strengthen control environments and enhance organisational performance. Through his industry knowledge and technical expertise, Nkululeko consistently delivers high-quality audit services while fostering strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
