Nyarai is a highly experienced audit and assurance professional with over 21 years’ experience, including 9 years as an Audit Partner. She has extensive expertise in the financial services sector, with significant experience in the audits of insurance, asset management, banking, medical schemes and development financial institutions. As a seasoned Engagement Quality Reviewer (EQR), she has performed numerous EQRs, providing independent oversight and contributing to the enhancement of audit quality and compliance with professional standards. 

Her previous roles included overseeing external and internal audit engagements and training. In her previous role, she was accredited by the JSE for 9 years as an audit partner eligible to sign off listed audit engagements. Her experience as an Audit Partner included both external and internal audits. She has a wealth of experience performing Engagement Quality Reviews.
