BDO Port Elizabeth appoint two new partners

BDO South Africa is proud to announce that two of our team members have been promoted to partners as of 1 May 2019 - Nato Oosthuizen and Melanie van Wyk.
Nato, a Chartered Accountant by profession, serves as an adviser to companies going through mergers and acquisitions, within this he specialises in due diligence and valuations. He also has extensive experience in the development and auditing of robust and comprehensive financial models with various financing and equity scenarios including sensitivity analyses and investment opportunity scenario planning for projects.
Melanie, also a Chartered Accountant, has been involved in executing and managing audits of private entities as well as managing complex group audits in the gaming, retail, construction and manufacturing sectors. Melanie has extensive experience in the application of full IFRS for clients requiring such disclosure.
