Ashley has 29 years’ experience in public relations and marketing. She started her career with BDO in 2006 when she was appointed National Marketing Manager. She left BDO in 2010 to manage her own marketing consultancy for four years, working with small and medium sizes businesses. She re-joined BDO in 2014 as National Head of Marketing.
Ashley also has experience working in communications for UNICEF, both in Rwanda and South Africa.
At BDO she is responsible for managing the marketing team and developing and implementing the marketing strategy to support the firm’s growth objectives.
She is a member of the BDO Global International Brand and Marketing Committee.
Ashley is a passionate amateur cyclist and has cycled from Johannesburg to Queenstown four times to raise funds for education.
