Donvé started her career as an article clerk in 2008 with BDO in Cape Town. After completing her articles in 2010 she was appointed audit manager. During March 2016, Donvé was appointed as a Partner. Her client portfolio includes clients in the service, retail and hospitality industries.

Donvé has been involved in the audit of small, medium and large private companies, subsidiaries of a company listed in India and locally, as well as non-profit organisations.
