Gawie Marais

Experience

Gawie joined BDO in 2002 for a three year training contract. Gawie qualified as a chartered accountant during 2005 and was promoted to a manager in the audit division.

Gawie enjoyed an international secondment in Amsterdam, Netherlands which he completed during early 2009. This was followed by Gawie's appointment as a Partner.

Gawie's experience covers a wide spectrum of clients from listed companies, subsidiaries of multi-national entities to smaller owner managed entities. He is also responsible for a large number of internationally referred assignments. Gawie’s area of specialisation is Agriculture.
