Experience

Michelle is a Director in the Financial Services division of BDO. She has over 13 years’ experience in a big 4 audit firm in South Africa, specialising in banking and stockbroking. 

She is also a member of the BDO Specialised Valuations Group. She has gained significant valuation experience of financial instruments including unlisted debt and derivatives.

She has particular experience in project managing group engagements that include operations in several countries in Africa and also engagements with head offices in North America and Europe.

Michelle has managed banking engagements for a number of years, and has an in-depth knowledge of the local and global systems and processes.

Her client experience includes major corporations in South Africa and the rest of Africa.
