Thando is a transfer pricing specialist with more than a decade of experience gained at BDO South Africa and previously at PwC and EY. She works with multinational groups operating globally, helping them design practical operating models, set defensible intercompany prices and document policies that are aligned to how the business actually operates. Thando is known for her clear analysis, careful use of evidence and the way she translates technical requirements which can be implemented during the operational transfer pricing phase.

Thando’s sector exposure includes fast-moving consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, financial services, automotive, oil and gas, telecommunications and media amongst others. She collaborates closely with in-house tax, finance and legal teams to ensure documentation is consistent, adaptable and ready for scrutiny across jurisdictions.
