Experience

Fatima’s diverse experience spans the Liberty Group, Amalgamated Beverage Industries (ABI), and EY where she fulfilled the position of Global Mobility Manager to establish their international secondment department as well as HR Manager in their Assurance division.

An eight-year stint at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr was followed by three years at Spoor & Fisher where she spent the last few years transforming HR into a strategic function that is visible, trusted and valued by the firm’s partners and people.

She holds a MA Hons in Industrial Psychology and is a registered Industrial Psychologist with the HPCSA.
